Refund policy

Return Policy - All items may be returned if they are new, unaltered, with original tags.  Items need to be returned within 14 days of the package delivery.  If you are local, bring the item by at your convenience.  If we shipped you the item please email us at info@theorangebeachstore.com to let us know the item is being returned and for what reason. Returns may be shipped to the address below.  We will credit you within 3 business days after we receive the item.
